Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of AVELENNA Continuity Reset (“AVELENNA”), operated by Yuri Rosa Migliorim, Torres, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. By buying or using AVELENNA, you agree to these Terms.
Price and access
AVELENNA costs US$49 as a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
After purchase, you have ongoing access, subject to availability and these Terms. We do not promise that the service will run forever.
Your access is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your account or resell access.
If a payment is refunded or revoked, access ends. A device that was offline may keep its cached access only until the app next checks your access.
Your account and your data
AVELENNA is local-first and cloud-backed: what you do is saved on your device and synced to your account when you are online. Actions done offline sync once you reconnect, and data that has not synced yet can be lost if the device or browser data is cleared.
You sign in with a six-digit code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and devices secure. Anyone with access to your email can sign in to your account.
What AVELENNA is not
AVELENNA is a guided practice tool. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or a crisis or emergency service, and it does not replace a qualified professional. If you have a health condition, follow your professional’s advice. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
How the practice works
The timer is a guide, not a gate: you decide when a step is finished.
The reset runs over 21 Practice Days. This is not a streak: Practice Days do not need to be consecutive. Missed days erase nothing, and nothing restarts.
Refunds
Refund requests go through support at help.avelenna@gmail.com. Refunds follow mandatory law, including any withdrawal or refund rights you have as a consumer, and the checkout terms shown at purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse AVELENNA: no attempts to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass its security or payment, no access to other people’s accounts, and no unlawful use.
Intellectual property
AVELENNA, its name, content, design and software belong to its operator. You may use them only to practice for yourself. What you write and record in the app stays yours.
Availability
We work to keep AVELENNA available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features. If we ever stop offering the service, we will give reasonable notice where possible so you can export your data.
Termination
You can stop using AVELENNA and delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your data and your access, and it can’t be undone. If you bought AVELENNA before and want to come back, contact support before buying again. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, and will tell you why where the law allows.
Limitation of liability
AVELENNA is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for AVELENNA. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of Torres, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, subject to any mandatory consumer protection that gives you the right to bring a claim where you live or to the protection of your local law.
