Email us

When possible, please write from the email address you use for your account, so we can find your account and access quickly. Never send card numbers or passwords by email.

We reply as soon as practical. There is no guaranteed response time.

Things you can do in the app

Export all your data or delete your account in Settings.
Change your time zone in Settings.
Sign in again with a six-digit code sent to your email.

Refunds

Refund requests go through support at help.avelenna@gmail.com. Refunds follow mandatory law, including any withdrawal or refund rights you have as a consumer, and the checkout terms shown at purchase. See the Terms of Use.

AVELENNA is not a crisis or emergency service, and support email is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact your local emergency services now.
